After merging several files the numbering is a mess. Renumber the whole document, skip the cover, and choose between 1, 1 / 10 and - 1 - styles.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I skip the cover page?
- Yes. Set the start page to 2 and page 1 stays unnumbered.
- I want the cover page left unnumbered.
- Set both the first page to number and the starting number. Starting at 1 on page 3 leaves the cover and contents blank.
- It overlaps the existing numbers.
- If the original already has numbers you will see both. Move the position to the opposite corner, or use a version of the original without numbers.
- Can it show 3 of 20?
- Yes. Choose the format that includes the total page count.
Is my file safe?
Yes. This tool never sends your file to a server. The program runs on your device inside the browser, and the result is created right there. When you close the page, everything is cleared from memory and no record is kept.
